How do you keep from feeling depressed during the hoildays?

Posted on Dec 28th, 2007 by David : Now seeker David
This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for December 28, 2007:

I am not normally depressed during the holidays.  This year seems to be an exception to the rule.  I am trying to find the sun in the clouds and the warmth in the cold.  I am living each moment and trying to smile as much as possible.  I listen to plenty of positive music and I spend time with my animals.  I am writing again and hoping that my words can help others to find their smile and defeat their addictions.  The remainder of 2007 and the years to come have beautiful potential.  Enjoy the moment.

If you had to lose your vision, what would you look at today?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for November 02, 2007:

What a great question!  I would Pack my things, look at my wife (all day), hop in a plane and see my mom and dad and family.  In the afternoon, I would hop another plane and see my wife's family and friends.  Then I would drive south from Miami and enjoy every moment of my last visible drive to Key West.  Upon reaching 1 Duvall Street, I would take my wife to the Sunset festival, watch the sunset, and gaze into her eyes until I could do it no more.  Then I would pray that God would grant me another day of vision and I would repeat the process, but this time head north and enjoy the drive to Maine.  I would repeat as necessary!
